At ‘Serotonin Solutions’, I combine Hypnosis, with the best of Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Based Therapy, NLP and Neuroscience to help you achieve the positive changes that you want to make in your life.

To ensure I can deliver such a high quality and professional service, I trained at the Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy School (CPHT), considered to be the gold standard in hypnotherapy, and recognised as the Centre of Excellence for hypnotherapy/psychotherapy training.

I am a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist. I look forward to supporting you to become your true self, breaking free of the issues in your life that you feel are currently holding you back.
